Members are taught Kyorugi (sparring) and Poomsae (pattern) skills through a rigorous training programme to prepare them for competitive tournaments and gradings.
New members can discover their inner skills, in both individual and group level, through leadership discovering and disciplined trainings.
With rewarding CCA points and coaching privileges for our current members, members that had learnt Taekwondo before are also welcome to join in to further enhance their skills.

Taekwondo means to kick or smash with the feet, punching or destroying with the hands or fists and the way of life.
Its a national symbol and was incorperated as a way of life in korea. Taekwondo has evolved into a modern sport while still maintaining the virtues and practices of the art and the efficient self-defence techniques
Taekwondo provides the opportunity for participants to channel their aggressive tendencies through such a constructive activity governed by a set of rules and a spirit of fair play.
It enables them to build and maintain a strong body through vigorous muscle exercise and also develop confidence, courage, self-reliance, quick thinking and respect for elders Taekwondo also provide a practical experience for participants to stand alone and face a series of difficult problems that call for split second decisions. so its not just sparring,
